The whole chicken adheres to in-house hand-slaughtering practices. Wings and other chicken products, however, are sourced from Weeks, a supplier predominantly associated with machine-slaughtered items. The red meat is acquired from Weeks as well. Weeks carries multiple brands of beef, and the slaughtering process is currently unknown.
